The one major concern I have with hosted VOIP solutions is latency. You need to have low latency for call quality and clarity. Product Overview
One of the things I like the most about RingCentral is that they are setting themselves up for long term stability with their technology. Making use of cloud technology is absolutely the smartest move they could’ve made and it immediately sets them apart from their competition. Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) software does not use many resources, but it really benefits from the stability of the cloud platform. Basically, what that means for you: No downtime as a result of hardware! I’d say hardware is probably the cause of 50% or more of the downtime experienced by most VOIP solutions. Office RingCentral Review
RingCentral Office is the crème’ de la crème of hosted VOIP solutions, the best of breed, the answer to your VOIP woes. You don’t need to take my word for it though, and you should stop reading these cheesy reviews. You should just download it! That’s what’s great about RingCentral, it’s a free trial, so you can do your own RingCentral Reviews. Support is 24×7 for the product and it’s a quick and simple setup. The configuration options you have are advanced enough for a seasoned admin but simple enough for a janitor to manage. I was looking for something critical to say here, but it’s hard to knock perfection. RingCentral Office earns a 10 out of 10.
Mobile VOIP Ring Central Review
This is the solution for the on the road sales person or traveling executive, or even someone that just enjoys working remotely and just wants to use their mobile phone. There is a great iPhone app that supports this, but at the time that this review is written Android phones are not yet supported, I’d expect this to change in a short period of time though with Android poised to dominate the market.
Fax RingCentral Review
RingCentral Fax is a standard online fax solution. This is more of a “me too” solution, their competitors have it and now so do they. If you are already using RingCentral for your phone system it makes natural sense for you to use it for your fax solution as well. Internet faxing has been around for a while and just takes the paper and the hassle out of traditional faxing (unless that’s what you like). Nothing invariably special about it, someone faxes you something you get it as an email and vice versa you can fax someone else something by simply sending an email. Again though, I don’t give high reviews to stagnant companies, if there are any innovations to be made in the field of internet faxing expect RingCentral to release theirs first.
